Job Description

OAKTREE CONSULTING in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced HR generalist to oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and staff welfare. You will manage payroll processing, benefits, and compliance to ensure accurate, timely administration across ~70 staff.

Responsibilities include liaising with vendors, maintaining HR records, and coordinating training with government grants where applicable. Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll software, and compliance is essential.
