Location: Leicester

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Pension + Bens

Shift Pattern: Days based Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm

The Company

My client is processor/manufacturer within its field of plastic recycling. The company is a well established producer to the global markets, having 8 recycling sites across the UK. The Loughborough site is looking once again to expand due to further investment, within this globally secure organisation.

Key Skills

* Apprentice Trained Engineer in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

* Maintenance/Engineering Manager Experience.

* Heavy Industrial Engineering Experience.

The Role

You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in mechanical/electrical engineering and have experience being a maintenance/engineering manager ideally from plastics or a heavy machinery environment.

Day to Day duties

* Maintaining all machinery.

* Managing a team of 7.

* Planning & managing all repair & install activities.

* Supervising & leading all maintenance processes & operations.

* Creating & implementing maintenance procedures.

* Budget control.

* Ensure all PPMs are completed.

* Adhere to H&S.

* Recruit on staff.
