With a strong reputation for quality and innovation, they are seeking a Shift Engineer to join their production team at a busy manufacturing facility in the Cheshire area.Your new role As a Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production machinery to ensure efficient plant operations.

Working closely with production teams, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), respond to breakdowns, conduct equipment inspections and support continuous improvement activities.

You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of health and safety, housekeeping, and operational reliability within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment and possess strong mechanical maintenance skills.
