Day to Day of the role:
Handle inbound calls from the public, motor dealerships, repairers, and technicians
Process all claims proactively, efficiently, and in accordance with company policy
Keep consumers informed of the status of their contacts, ensuring clear communication and accurate recording of customer journeys
Respond to enquiries received through various channels, adhering to company policy and product terms and conditions
Escalate issues beyond the scope of the job description to the relevant manager immediately
Maintain a consistent focus on consumer experience and outcomes
Deal with queries from within the business and the wider group, providing a high level of service
Capture contact data accurately for future insight and seamless customer journeys
Display role model behaviours within the workplace and during work-related activities
Adhere to all regulatory and business processes, such as FCA regulations and GDPR requirements
Keep all assigned property in good working order and report any faults promptly
Engage in department activities to drive future improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience is preferable but not essential
Good verbal and written communication skills
