  • Lead larger and more complex multidisciplinary projects.
  • Support interviews, bids and business development activity.
  • Help develop and lead the local electrical team.
  • Contribute to the growth and direction of the local practice.
  • Work closely with senior management on team performance and future opportunities.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services and relevant regulations and design standards.
  • Significant experience delivering projects and managing client relationships.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Good commercial awareness, including project costs, scope and risk.
  • Experience mentoring, managing or developing engineers.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with relevant engineering software and BIM workflows.
  • A proactive approach to professional development and technical knowledge sharing.
Chartered status is required for Senior Associate level and desirable, or actively being worked towards, for Associate level.

Benefits include:
