Pay: £28,840.96 per yearJob Description:Machine OperatorLocation: BedfordContract: PermanentSalary: £28,129.92 per annum with shift allowance of £3,288.96Hours: 4 on 4 off rotational days and nights, 6am - 6pm & 6pm - 6amOur client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Bedford, is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join their team as a Machine Operator on a permanent basis.As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in their industry leading production facility. You will play a critical role in ensuring production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and adhere to Health and Safety standards.Set up and diagnose machinery to ensure maximum efficiency.Identify and troubleshoot process faults.Maintain product quality to specifications.Perform routine maintenance and pre-start HACCP checks.Keep work areas clean and organised.Meet daily production targets.Take on additional duties as needed.Qualifications:Reliable and target-driven.Excellent attention to detail.Experience in a process environment is a plus.Problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.Physically fit, able to work across multiple floors and at heights.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentJBRP1_UKTJ
