Engineer

You will work a shift pattern to support our 24/7 operation, consisting of 12 hour shifts across days, nights and weekends.You have 5+ years of engineering experience, with strong technical competency and a drive for career progression.Ideally from an FMCG background, you're confident working in fast-paced, high-performance environments.You're computer literate, eager to learn new skills, and bring a creative, solution-focused mindset to problem-solving.Health and safety is a top priority, and you're comfortable and trained to work safely at height.You hold at least a Level 3 qualification or a relevant engineering degree, ready to apply it in an innovative and inspiring setting.We believe in supporting our people with meaningful, flexible benefits that prioritise well-being and work-life balance.
