Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design Design end-to-end technical architectures for complex digital services and software solutions Produce high-quality artefacts including architecture diagrams, models, and technical documentation Conduct technical assessments and provide clear, practical recommendations Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to user needs Governance & Assurance Lead architecture through governance processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise, data, and security standards Review and assure designs from internal teams and client stakeholders Promote architectural best practices and consistency across delivery Delivery & Leadership Lead work-streams or smaller engagements within broader programmes Contribute to technical road-maps and agile delivery planning Provide ongoing technical oversight and direction to delivery teams Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology functions Facilitate architectural decision-making and communicate complex ideas clearly Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences Internal Contribution Support the development of junior team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing Contribute to bids, proposals, and broader capability development Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends Reasonable Adjustments: Respect and equality are core values to us.
