THE ROLE
As the CRM Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
Managing a Marketing Executive
Looking at campaign strategy across the whole customer lifecycle
Manage email/SMS comms and automation
Utilise dashboards to create reports and highlight reports
Work on funnel analysis, AB testing, and CTRs
Deploy campaigns across multiple channels
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience working in a low volume, high pricepoint industry/company is needed
Being hands-on with data is essential
Experience in the industry is not necessary
Management experience not required
