Communicating with fellow maintenance team members to tackle electrical and mechanical issues collaboratively.
Contributing to the formulation of maintenance plans and procedures for enhanced system performance and safety.
Maintaining precise records of maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company standards.
Participating in training and development programs to remain current with industry trends and best practices.
The successful candidate may have:
NVQ Level 3
ECS Gold card
Full UK driving licence
Experience within the social housing sector
