Our Client are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their Finance Team to assist in the delivery of the Organisation’s financial accounting. The ability to work co-operatively and efficiently by providing timely accurate reports and information as and when required .
Requirements:
Facilitate the opening of new accounts as required.
Verify and process commission checks.
Review and rectify any discrepancies in partner commissions.
Assist in credit control activities.
Compile and import commission books.
Conduct data analysis tasks as required.
Support in the orientation of new team members on finance processes.
Process payments to partners related to BT commissions.
Address incoming calls and queries from partners regarding financial matters.
Facilitate the processing of payment runs for suppliers.
Manage and process expense reports.
Analyse and monitor the commercial viability of sales transactions.
Skills:
Experience working in an accounts position.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Qualification in accounting (e.g., AAT) would be advantageous but not essential.
