Leading and continually expanding organisation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Engineer to assist in the day-to-day running of their IT operations.

Interesting and varied role including:

• 1st & 2nd line support for software, systems and hardware issues
• Provide in-person deskside support and basic training
• Device Management
• Asset management
• Managing meeting rooms and related AV / media equipment
• Preparing equipment for new joiners
• Creating / maintaining guides and documentation

Key skills they are looking for include:

• Experience in a busy enterprise IT Support environment (1st - 2nd Line)
• Microsoft 365 Suite
• Experience with Windows & MacOS
• Experience / interest in IT Projects
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• organisation and an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving abilities
