Job Description

Location: Woking, United Kingdom Your roleThe Site Engineer I (Shift Engineer) delivers technical customer service and operational support within a data center, acting as the first point of contact for technical issues. This role is responsible for executing repairs, supporting installation and migration activities, and maintaining inventory. The Site Engineer ensures compliance with health and safety protocols while collaborating with internal teams and external customers or suppliers. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality.The Site Engineer provides 24/7 technical support, promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
