Care Assistants with transferable experience

THE ROLE

As a Support Worker, you’ll play an important role in helping the people you support live as independently and confidently as possible.

Your responsibilities may include:

Providing person-centred support

Supporting individuals with daily living activities

Promoting independence and choice

Supporting emotional wellbeing

Following individual care and support plans

Maintaining accurate records

Working alongside colleagues and other professionals

Ensuring the people you support are treated with dignity, respect and compassion
