Mainframe Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with expertise in COBOL, JCL, and CICS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in batch flow analysis and development, as well as experience in the billing and pricing domain. Experience in handling rewrite and migration projects is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, analyze, and develop solutions using mainframe technologies, primarily COBOL, JCL, and CICS.
  • Conduct batch flow analysis and implement efficient batch processing solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the successful implementation of billing and pricing systems.
  • Participate in rewrite and migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to existing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mainframe applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
