SpeedyBooker, part of Redburn Innovations, is a travel technology platform located in the centre of beautiful Bury St Edmunds, with exciting plans for the future.
We own and operate specialist leisure websites focusing on accommodation but also including activities. They include BeachHuts.com, BritainsFinest.co.uk, FishPal.com, Monasteries.com and UniversityRooms.com.
Our booking engine, internally developed over ten years, also powers third party websites.
We are building a property management system (PMS) to provide our properties with additional tools (turbo-pms.com).
Revenue grew over 20% in 2023 to reach a new record of £13m, and we are on track to achieve over 30% growth in 2024.

Responsibilities and Duties
This is an exciting opportunity to play a rewarding, varied, and hands-on role in a high calibre team.
You will be responsible for identifying and exploiting growth opportunities in both supply and demand across our websites. This will involve
Monitoring occupancy levels for all brands across all geographies.
Working with our in-house supply/sales team to ensure we recruit and optimise the right vendors in the right locations to satisfy customer demand.
Driving customer demand in those areas where we have availability with performance marketing.
Performance Marketing
You will be directly responsible for refining and extending our existing performance marketing activities, including paid search/social, meta-search (e.g. Google Hotel Ads and Trivago) partnerships, SEO and email.
UX
Identifying areas to improve the user experience.
Working with developers to draw up specifications.
A/B testing the results, and refining accordingly.
Data Analytics
You will use GA4, Google/Meta Ad Managers to assess the success of our marketing activities.
You will use SQL & Make for internal data, experience would be an advantage but is not a necessity, both can be learned.
Team management
Manage our small marketing team of employees and consultants.
Reporting
You will lead monthly meetings where the team will be updated on recent marketing progress and initiatives, and brainstorm new ideas.
Your team will be responsible for delivering a suite of weekly and monthly reports. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Experience, Qualifications and Skills
Must have:
4 years experience scaling an ecommerce business, covering:
Customer acquisition (managing both paid search/social, SEO and affiliates/partnerships) campaigns
Customer retention initiatives
UX
Proficient in GA4 and Excel;
Comfortable working with data;
Highly organised and driven.
