Location : London (2 to 3 days per week on site)

Contract: 12 months with possible extension

Rate : £750 - £800 Inside IR35

Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a high-performing engineering team responsible for building and enhancing execution and trade workflow platforms. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting scalable, resilient applications that facilitate complex business processes and high-volume transaction flows.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

Contribute to the design, architecture, and implementation of trading, sales, operations, and workflow solutions.

Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives, scalability requirements, security standards, and engineering best practices.

Support the evolution of platform architecture through modern design patterns and technology adoption.

Platform Development

Design and develop flexible, scalable applications capable of supporting diverse integration patterns and high-throughput processing.

Build resilient backend services and intuitive frontend applications that support business-critical workflows.

Develop solutions that accommodate future growth and changing business requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product, Business, Operations, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Participate in requirements discussions, technical planning, and solution reviews.

Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
