We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to play a key role in delivering excellent, commercially sound projects and supporting long-term client relationships.Role OverviewJob Title: Technical Project ManagerLocation: UK / Europe (flexible, event-based travel)Contract: Full-timeAs a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects to the highest standard. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end projects, from initial brief and site survey through to delivery and post-event debriefLiaise with clients to understand technical requirements and provide clear, confident guidanceProduce and manage project documentation, including technical specifications, schedules, and budgetsCoordinate AV crews, freelancers, and suppliersOversee equipment preparation, logistics, and on-site installation and derigManage budgets, cost control, and invoicing supportMeet financial targets and ensure projects are delivered profitablyWork closely with the sales team to support further growth, including identifying upsell and repeat business opportunitiesIdentify and mitigate project risksEnsure all work is delivered in line with health & safety and industry best practiceRepresent TechPro Events Limited professionally on-site and with clientsSkills & ExperienceProven experience in AV project management within live events, conferences and exhibitionsStrong technical knowledge across audio, video, lighting and set & stagingExcellent organisational and time-management skillsExperience managing budgets and project schedulesAbility to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressureStrong understanding of health & safety in live event environmentsExperience working with large-scale corporate eventsKnowledge of AutoCAD LT or similar event design softwareWhat We OfferCompetitive salary, dependent on experienceBonus incentives or commission-based reward structure linked to performanceOpportunity to work remotely, with flexibility depending on project requirementsOpportunities to work on high-profile events and exciting projectsA supportive, collaborative team environmentCareer development and training opportunitiesTechPro Events Limited is an equal opportunities employer.
