Enjoy a Plumber role covering the Berkshire area, paying £23 per hour + company van and fuel , with the opportunity to go permanent after 16 weeks on a salary of £36,000£38,000 . This is a fast-paced reactive repairs role working across occupied social housing properties , so youll need to be comfortable managing a busy workload and dealing professionally with residents. Youll be working on housing association properties , with jobs ranging from quick tap changes through to full bathroom works. Id love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Plumber, Maintenance Plumber or Domestic Plumber . As a Plumber, you will be: Completing reactive plumbing repairs across occupied homes. Carrying out everything from tap changes and minor repairs through to full bathroom works. Completing associated multi-trade repairs where required. Working across housing association properties. Managing a fast-paced workload and responding to changing priorities. Working professionally with tenants and minimising disruption. Completing jobs safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Keeping work areas clean and tidy. Completing relevant job sheets and paperwork. Id love to speak to anyone who has: Strong plumbing experience. Social housing experience is preferred, but similar domestic maintenance experience will be considered. Experience working in occupied properties. A background in reactive repairs and maintenance. The ability to work quickly and independently. A professional and customer-focused approach. A full UK driving licence with 6 points or fewer . A DBS if you don't currently have one, this can be arranged. Availability to start quickly.
