We are currently recruiting for 2 x reliable Van Drivers to join our clients growing transport operation, with 1 AM and 1 PM position available.

This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for a temp to perm position with regular work and full training provided.

The Role

Multidrop home deliveries across the UK

Approximately 6 - 18 drops per day

Predominantly furniture deliveries

Some deliveries to stores and high street retailers

Handball involved, with items weighing up to 60kg

Customer facing role requiring a professional approach

Working independently

Sack barrows provided

Driver's mate available for particularly heavy deliveries

Very limited installation required

Shifts

AM Driver:MondayFriday | 06:0016:00 approx.

PM Driver:TuesdayFriday | 12:0022:00 approx.

Saturday | 09:0016:00 approx.

Requirements

Minimum 25 years old for insurance purposes

Minimum 6 months' driving experience

Maximum 6 points on licence

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Comfortable with multi-drop and home deliveries

Reliable and customer-focused

Able to work independently

Training Provided

All drivers will receive a full induction covering:

Manual handling

Health & safety

Loading and unloading

Site procedures

You will then complete buddy shifts with an experienced driver until you are confident and comfortable before moving onto solo deliveries.
