Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor will oversee steel fabrication and installation projects across the South West and UK, based out of Winford, Bristol. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary from £18 per hour, negotiable with experience. The successful candidate will coordinate site teams, manage health and safety compliance, and ensure projects meet quality and programme targets. Applicants require proven supervisory experience within structural steel or construction, strong communication skills, and a valid CSCS card. Given the travel requirements, candidates should reside within roughly one hour of Bristol. The Company

Their expertise includes steel frame buildings, staircases, balustrades, secondary structural steelwork, and bespoke architectural metalwork. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their established and professional team. Due to the operational and site-based nature of the position, candidates must live within approximately one hour's travelling distance of BS40 8AX.

The Role

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of structural and architectural metalwork on site, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

• Structural steelwork

• General architectural metalwork

Desirable Skills/Qualities

• 5 Years minimum experience
• CSCS Card is essential
• Current SMSTS, IPAF and PASMA certificates
• Must have a full UK driving licence.
• Strong leadership, organisation and site coordination skills
