Our client is an established, multi-discipline firm with multiple offices across the Yorkshire region. They are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join the property team in their Wakefield office. Duties
Managing a varied caseload of conveyancing files from inception to completion
Dealing with matters at all stages from initial instruction to archiving
Obtaining and preparing files
Billing files and obtaining monies due to the firm from clients and other parties
Maintaining legal knowledge and skills
You
You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience running a conveyancing caseload
Exposure to and experience handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and more
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to organise and prioritise workload
Excellent knowledge of conveyancing
Fantastic IT skills - Windows, Word, Excel etc.
Flexible can-do attitude
Ability to deal with technical details and solve complex issues in a client-friendly way

Office based working
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
