At Avanti Homecare, we're proud to deliver outstanding homecare across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. We're a family run organisation built on strong relationships, high standards and genuinely caring about both our clients and our people. We're now looking for someone who can help keep our branch organised, responsive and running smoothly. This is a great first step into management for someone with strong organisation, administration, communication and customer service skills.

Every rota you build, every conversation you have and every problem you solve helps ensure someone receives the care they need, when they need it.

Keep Care Moving

Avanti’s coordination model brings our Ripley and Ilkeston coordination teams together as one wider function. This Care Coordinator role will work across both branch offices, helping to build shared knowledge, consistent rota practices and stronger day to day resilience. Every rota you build, every conversation you have and every problem you solve helps ensure someone receives the care they need, when they need it. You will respond to changing priorities, solve operational problems and help ensure every client receives safe, reliable care. Your organisation, communication and judgement directly influence the quality of care we deliver.
