Responsibilities:
Responsible for a caseload of more complex cases, providing advice to other social workers in relation to their cases.
Work directly with young people using a range of knowledge, skills and interventions as required, in accordance with statutory responsibilities to secure positive outcomes for young people.
Build effective relationships with children, young people and their families enabling full participation in assessment, planning, review and decision making.
Effectively manage a caseload, with varying degrees of complexity dependent upon skills and length of experience, with appropriate supervision, guidance and support.
To be considered for the Social Worker, ideally you will have:
3+ years' experience of working within a similar setting
Experience in CLA and CP
Diploma/Degree in Social Work
Registration with Social Work England
