Teaching Assistant – Surrey

Location: Surrey
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term/Permanent
Start Date: September 2026 (or sooner)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Protocol Education is seeking a motivated and caring Teaching Assistant to join supportive and welcoming schools across Surrey.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and participation.
Support children with a range of learning needs, including SEN where required.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for supporting children's education and development.
Flexible, reliable, and committed to high standards.
