Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Full Time (Full Academic Year)Location: TonypandyEmployer: Revised Recruitment GroupContract: Full Time | Monday to Friday | Term Time OnlyStart Date: September 2026 (or ASAP)Duration: Full Academic YearRevised Recruitment Group is recruiting dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to join the team at a Further Education Campusfor the full academic year. This is an excellent opportunity to support students within a successful secondary school environment, helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.The role will involve supporting students across the school, including providing classroom support, small group interventions and targeted support for students with additional learning needs.The RoleProvide classroom support to studentsWork alongside teachers to support learning and engagement.Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.Support students with additional learning needs, including SEND.Help students develop confidence, independence and positive learning habits.Assist with interventions and activities designed to support student progress.Build positive relationships with students and staff.We're Looking ForExperience working with children or young people in an education, care or support setting.Experience supporting students with SEND or additional needs is desirable.A patient, positive and encouraging approach.Strong communication and teamwork skills.The ability to build trusted relationships with students.A commitment to supporting young people's learning and wellbeing.An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).Eligibility to work in the UK.What We OfferFull-time, consistent work for the entire academic year.Weekly pay.Dedicated support from the Revised Recruitment Group team.Opportunities to gain valuable experience within secondary education.Ongoing support throughout your placement.The opportunity to make a real difference to students' education and development.This role would suit an experienced Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, SEND practitioner, youth worker, or someone looking to build a rewarding career within education.Apply today with your up-to-date CV and one of our consultants will be in touch.JBRP1_UKTJ
