Asset Data & Performance Officer

I'm currently recruiting for an Interim Asset Data & Performance Officer. This will be a 6 month initial contract with a requirement of 5 days per week in the office.This is a hands on role focused on asset data, stock condition information, performance monitoring and data quality. The successful candidate will need a strong understanding of social housing assets and building components, alongside excellent data and Excel skills.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain, cleanse and validate housing asset and stock condition dataReview survey information and photographic evidence against recorded component dataValidate information relating to roofs, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, heating systems and other building componentsMonitor contractor performance and produce monthly KPI reportsAnalyse datasets and identify gaps, anomalies and data quality issuesProduce management reports, dashboards, charts and performance informationSupport asset investment planning and capital programme monitoringWork with contractors and internal teams to ensure accurate and reliable asset informationYou will haveExperience managing and analysing large datasetsStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tablesExperience with data validation, cleansing and quality assuranceHousing asset management experience and knowledge of building components – essentialUnderstanding of stock condition data and asset managementExperience producing performance reports and KPIsExperience within social housing or local government and familiarity with systems such as Keystone, Aareon, Civica or similar would be advantageous
