Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage payroll processing for up to 500 weekly employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Maintain payroll records, including employee details, hours worked, and deductions, and reconcile payroll reports to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Process Accounts Payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to payment terms and internal controls.
Support with Accounts Receivable functions, including invoicing and reconciliation of customer accounts to ensure timely receipt of payments.
Assist in the preparation of Management Accounts, P&L statements, and other financial reports, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering relevant data and performing variance analysis.
Prepare monthly financial reports ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Candidate Skills and Attributes:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Intermediate Excel user.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
