Job Title: Community Registered nurse band 5

Location: Five Rivers Health and Wellbeing Center Hulse Road Sailsbury Wiltshire SP1 3NR

Are you an experienced Community Nurse looking for a new and exciting role where you can work your way?

Join Medacs Healthcare to work within the HCRG Care Group and provide exceptional care to patients in the Salisbury area. This is your chance to make a real difference in your community while enjoying flexible work opportunities and competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking urgent mental health and risk assessments
  • Supporting children and young people presenting in crisis
  • Developing and reviewing crisis plans
  • Working closely with families, carers and partner agencies
  • Liaising with acute services, including A&E and inpatient teams
  • Contributing to safe, effective and person-centred care

Essential Qualifications:

To apply, you must have:

  • NMC registration
  • (valid and active).
  • A minimum of 6 months of NHS experience as in Community
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
