Day-to-day of the role:
Carry out transactional accounting and financial reporting for the UK & Ireland Real Estate portfolio.
Prepare, record, analyse, and maintain lease accounting transactions, ensuring integrity.
Conduct account reconciliations and adjustments as necessary.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate efficient query resolution.
Ensure adherence to quarterly timetables for client portfolios and regular charges.
Perform general accounting activities, including ledger accounts and financial statements preparation and reconciliation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of Finance & Accounting, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and journal posting.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Nice to have:
Progress towards a professional Finance or Accountancy qualification.
Experience working with third parties/vendors.
