We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Basingstoke. This role is crucial for ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The Warehouse Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership to the warehouse team and collaborate closely with Production and fulfilment functions to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

Supervise warehouse operations including goods-in, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Allocate tasks and resources to meet daily and weekly order volumes and service level agreements (SLAs).

Lead, motivate, and support the warehouse team, addressing performance and conduct issues in line with company procedures.

Conduct shift briefings and handovers, ensuring clear communication of priorities and updates.

Oversee goods-in checks, ensuring deliveries are received, checked, and put away correctly.

Coordinate outbound transport and courier collections to ensure dispatch deadlines are met.

Maintain accurate stock levels and locations using warehouse management systems.

Ensure the warehouse operates in line with health & safety policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role.

Good understanding of goods-in, pick/pack, and dispatch processes.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.

FLT/MHE licence is desirable but not essential.

Excellent communication skills, able to liaise confidently with couriers, carriers, and other departments.
