Lead Site Reliability Engineer (Dynatrace)

We're looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer / Observability Engineer with deep Dynatrace expertise to join a major technology and platform engineering programme.This is not a role for someone who has simply used Dynatrace dashboards. We're looking for an engineer who has been involved in the implementation, configuration and ongoing ownership of Dynatrace, and can operate as a technical SME within complex production environments.What we're looking for Strong hands-on Dynatrace implementation and administration experienceExperience designing and implementing observability/monitoring solutions end-to-endStrong SRE and production engineering backgroundExperience configuring instrumentation, metrics, alerting and monitoringUnderstanding of technologies such as OneAgent, ActiveGate, distributed tracing and application/infrastructure monitoringExperience troubleshooting complex production issues using observability toolingCloud experience across AWS, Azure and/or GCPExposure to CI/CD, automation and modern software deliveryKubernetes/containerisation experience beneficial but not essentialAbility to operate as a technical lead/SME, supporting and mentoring other engineers The opportunityYou'll join a sizeable engineering capability working across complex, large-scale environments, taking a leading role in SRE and observability engineering.There is flexibility around some of the wider cloud/platform technology stack for candidates with genuinely strong Dynatrace and SRE expertise.If you've personally implemented Dynatrace rather than simply consumed it, and can confidently lead the observability conversation from implementation through to production troubleshooting, please apply.JBRP1_UKTJ
