You will maintain key relationships with all internal stakeholders and all clients. Provide advice and guidance to clients across the full spectrum of ER issues, particularly disciplinaries, grievance, capability/performance management, redundancy, settlement agreements, TUPE and sickness absence.Other duties will include:
Provide advice in line with client-specific service level agreements and policies. This includes reviewing and tailoring supporting documents where appropriate
Support and coach clients', helping them to resolve ER issues within their teams by providing pragmatic, commercial, legally compliant HR advice and guidance
To ensure that personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law is continually updated
To actively own and lead cases to resolution, building rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction
To log all advice accurately onto the bespoke internal system, taking ownership and responsibility for ongoing cases
To carry out other tasks that are deemed necessary by the Employment Law Partner
What you'll need to succeed:Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar qualification (desired)
Experience as an HR Advisor (essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential)
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail
