Job Description

Salary : £26,208.00 PA

Hours : 36 hours per week, days and nights available. 08:00 - 20:00/20:00 - 08:00, 3 shifts per week, spread between Monday - Sunday

We are looking for kind, patient, enthusiastic and reliable Support Workers to provide person-centred support to a lady living in her own home.

This lady enjoys being out and about, visiting charity shops, going out for coffee, attending pantomimes and concerts. We are looking for bright, bubbly staff to get involved and engage in a variety of activities! This lady has a cat, guinea pig and hamster so animal lovers are a must!

As a Support Worker, you will provide support with:

Attending appointments and managing day-to-day tasks

Accessing the local community and taking part in activities

Managing anxiety and providing reassurance when needed

Supporting the clients emotional wellbeing

Keeping her home clean, tidy and comfortable through prompting, encouragement and practical support

Building confidence and independence in everyday life

Experience of Autism and Personality Disorder preferred
