Key Responsibilities:

As a Chef, you'll oversee all aspects of the kitchen operation, including:

Overseeing daily kitchen operations from prep through to service
Assigning duties and maintaining high kitchen standards
Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes consistently
Managing stock levels, supplier orders, and inventory
Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Handling dietary requirements and customer requests professionally
Delivering efficient service during busy periods
