Job Description

Job Title: Breast Screening Coding Administration

Location: Wycombe Hospital, HP11 2TT

Trust: Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust

Payrate: Band 2, £12.92 per hour

Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)

Duration: Start: ASAP End date: 6 Months

System

Essential: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.

Desirable: Knowledge of Soliton and Careflow

MAIN TASKS – PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* To code the workload on the Radiology information system (Soliton) onto Careflow.

* To register patients onto IT system, updating information as necessary to maintain accurate records.

* To ensure all information is accurate and up to date.

* Undertake data input, accurately inputting data using a variety of trust IT systems in a timely way

* Maintain confidentiality at all times, Be aware and abide by the Data Protection and Health and Safety at Work Act.

* Ensure offices are kept within Health and Safety Regulations

* Any other duties as required
