The HV Contracts Manager will lead and grow the HV business in Aberdeen, managing project delivery, client relationships, and ensuring a continuous pipeline of work while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HV operations and ensure compliance with safety and company standards
Define project scope, allocate resources, and implement controls
Identify and develop HV business opportunities, prepare quotations, and deliver tenders
Set goals, coach staff, and support the Operations Manager
Strong HV engineering knowledge and commercial acumen
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing an engineering business
Higher qualification in Electrical Engineering desirable
IOSH / SMSTS or equivalent H&S qualification
