Job Description

Job Title - Electrical Lecturer

Salary - £42,000 - £45,000

Location - Birmingham

Contract Type - Permanent

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Electrician or current Electrical Lecturer to join a dynamic team of educators and inspire the next generation of Electricians.

Role Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Electrical courses.

Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement.

Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current industry standards.

Support students in developing their technical skills and employability prospects.

Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Develop employer partnerships to enhance student learning opportunities and industry engagement.

Essential Requirements

A Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Electrical.

Extensive industry experience in the Electrical industry.

A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
