Holt Engineering are urgently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and rapidly expanding warehouse team based near Hurn Airport.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure immediate work, with the potential to become permanent as the company continues to grow.

The Shift4:30pm – 1:00am | Sunday to Thursday

What you'll be doingAs a Twilight Shift Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in keeping the warehouse running efficiently. Your duties will include:

Receiving and unloading incoming deliveries
Checking goods for damage, shortages or discrepancies
Manually lifting and moving goods
Picking, packing and preparing orders
Wrapping and securing pallets ready for dispatch
Processing goods into the warehouse system
Carrying out goods-in checks and quality inspections
Accurately recording stock movements
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
Working as part of a fast-paced and supportive team What we're looking forYou don't need to tick every box, but we're looking for candidates who have:

Previous warehouse or logistics experience
Good attention to detail
The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
A reliable and hardworking attitude
Good physical fitness, as manual handling is involved
A positive, can-do attitude
