Park Technical Services & Safety Manager

Job Description

HR Wallingford is seeking a Technical Services Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fabric services across the multi-occupancy estate near Oxford. The role includes park-wide fire roles, emergency response, and safeguarding landlord assets.

Key responsibilities include maintenance planning, safety management, budget oversight and line management of a small team. Salary £55,000–£70,000 dependent on experience, closing date 21st September 2026.
