Pay Rate: £11.29-£12.22 per hour

Hours: Part -time/bank staff to cover Ad hoc shifts.

Summary:

To assist in the provision of a housing and support service for vulnerable clients.

To ensure at all times a professional and supportive approach is maintained.

To assist in the day to day delivery of the service for supported schemes.

Assist clients in achieving their personalised support outcomes.

Essential requirements:

A minimum of 6 months paid experience working as a support worker in the UK.

Eligibility to work in the UK.

Day to day activities will include:

Constantly review work outputs, setting improvement targets and appraising individual performance.

Participate in the work of the Divisional team, encouraging innovation.

Undertake personal development and training as necessary to keep up to date with legal, political, financial and other developments in the fields of housing and customer service.

Ensure that all data is compliant with legislation and policies relating to data quality.

To actively promote the client locally.

Any other relevant duties as required by the designated manager.
