The Role
Trust Education are currently recruiting for a full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA ) to join a primary school in the Doncaster (DN12) area.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with pupils and staff to ensure children receive high-quality support throughout the school day.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or HLTA who is confident working independently, supporting pupils across different year groups and taking on additional responsibilities within the classroom.

The position is full-time, starting ASAP and continuing on an ongoing basis, offering the opportunity for a consistent, long-term placement within the school.

The Successful Candidate
The school are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience working within a primary school setting
Holds HLTA status or has significant experience working at a higher level within a school
Is confident supporting teaching and learning across the primary age range
Can work independently and use their own initiative
Is confident leading learning activities and supporting groups of pupils
Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Is reliable, proactive and committed to providing high-quality support
