As a Trainee Nursery Practitioner, you will work with our training provider to gain your Level 2 in Childcare (Early Years Practitioner) and will also learn the full range of practical skills and experience to become a qualified Nursery Practitioner with support from our dedicated staff and management team.

As our Trainee Nursery Practitioner you should have...
Have GCSE grade 4/5 (previously grade C) or above in English and Maths
Be passionate about working in the childcare sector and making a difference to children’s lives.
Have excellent communication skills, be motivated, reliable, organised and the ability to work well within a team
Be motivated, reliable, and able to work on your own initiative
Have some knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage and experience of working with early years children (desirable)
