We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a growing engineering team. This is the second hire for the team following a recent successful appointment, reflecting continued investment and growth.

This is a hands-on senior engineering role with a strong emphasis on back-end development (approximately 80%) , while still contributing to the front end (20%). You'll be designing, building and deploying scalable cloud-based applications and APIs within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain scalable Python applications.

Build and deploy cloud-native applications and APIs using AWS.

Develop and maintain back-end services with occasional front-end development.

Design robust integrations between internal and external systems.

Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.

Contribute to architecture, best practices and technical decision-making.

Essential Requirements

Minimum 5 years' commercial experience developing with Python .

Minimum 5 years' UK commercial experience .

Strong hands-on experience with AWS , including building and deploying cloud-based applications and APIs.

Strong commercial experience with Node.js and JavaScript .

Proven experience designing and building scalable applications and integrations.

Full stack development experience with a primary focus on back-end engineering.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
