The company has extremely solid foundations which has been built through significant investment in organic growth, diversification and sizable acquisitions.The RoleThis Payroll Position will report into the Financial Controller and take ownership of the UK payroll. The pivotal role will assist with monthly payroll duties alongside the HR and Finance team - the Financial Controller is also open to providing exposure to BAU finance should the successful candidate wish to diverse their experience. The key components of the role will include:
Collating of monthly payroll data
Maintaining and updating the employee company database including starters & leavers
Expense management - processing & reconciliating
Bank account management and reconciliation
Feeding into month & year-end process
Adherence to processes, procedures, controls & systems
On OfferThe position is based within Edinburgh with flexible & hybrid working. The role will begin as a 12 month fixed term contract with the possibility of conversion to permanent upon completion. The role will also offer:
Up to £27,000 - although a stretch of up to £30,000 could be possible depending on experience
