Position Overview
Job Title: Execution Planning Advisor II
Job Description:
Lead the development of execution planning efforts, coordinating Front End Execution Planning activities.
Ensure audits of Contractors, Suppliers, and Project Team are scheduled and conducted.
Utilize cross-functional input via Front End Execution Planning workshops to identify execution issues at key milestones.
Define and implement work programs focused on developing mitigation plans and confirming feasibility.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the development of execution planning deliverables.
Design and lead Front End Execution Planning Phase 1 and Phase 2 efforts.
Set up and facilitate workshops, coordinate development of work programs, and integrate execution bases to support deliverables.
Resolve issues and ensure quality of work products produced.
Monitor and report status and progress of the execution planning effort to stakeholders.
Obtain agreement on specified project deliverables.
Support the project team during the Execute stage with execution-related activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
BS or MS in Engineering preferred.
Experience in the oil and gas industry.
Experience in project management and execution positions.
Leadership roles in managing capital projects and international assignments.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 required, Petrochem experience advantageous.
