Customer Advisor

Reed Talent Solutions are currently working with a Warrington based Utilities provider to recruit a Customer Advisor on an initial six-month contract. The post-holder will work on the delivery of the data improvement plan, with particular emphasis on the Incentive Scheme, ensuring that any market data items for the organisation's non-household assets are accurately reflected in both external and internal systems, to facilitate accurate billing via settlements and thereby enabling collection of associated revenue.

Pay Rate: £14.13per hour (£27,500 salary equivalent)
Key Responsibilities
Investigating potential gaps in the non household market, using a variety of internal and external systems, processes and procedures, delivering accurate market data. R
emedy any gaps in the market whilst mindful of OPS & MPS performance and retailer/customer satisfaction Work with the wholesale market services team, wider areas of UU and key external stakeholders Develop knowledge of the Non Household Market Develop understanding of our policies and processes
Correct and improve our data, thereby contributing to the Company’s position against market performance measures Supporting North West businesses by providing the best customer experience, in line with our values, and contribute to favourable BR-MeX scores
Essential Criteria
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to investigate potential missing data in the open market
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office applications
Proven planning, organisational and problem solving skills
Self-motivated and able to focus on delivering to tight targets and timescales
Good written and verbal communication skills, with ability to vary style when communicating with different audiences
Strong team player with the flexibility to go the extra mile to achieve important deadlines
Knowledge of OneMap, Analyse, Salesforce, WALTO, ALTO, MECOMS Archive, OBI
