Description
Drive accountability and the culture for safe working practices in partnership with the Health & Safety Lead and shift leadership team.
Lead a production team to meet manufacturing targets.
Responsible for all people management.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Promote a continuous improvement environment and pull a team together to identify and resolve the issue and partner with your counterparts to drive the solution.
Drive the continuous improvement of operational metrics, performance, and improvements.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
Managerial experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment
Be a strong leader who has examples of coaching and developing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience with meeting targets, problem solving and have a proactive approach to their work.
Understand the importance of Health and Safety,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to continuous improvement.
