About the Role:
In this role, you'll be working closely with a male client who has Autism. We're looking for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic about providing person-centred care, helping our client lead a fulfilling life. Our client is intelligent, enjoys humour, and is looking to build a warm relationship to achieve personal goals, especially in areas like building his independence.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with daily activities
Providing personal care prompts.
Monitoring medication and finances.
Offering emotional support, companionship, and encouragement.
Promoting independence.
Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes in the client's condition.
Collaborating with other professionals involved in the client's care.
Working Hours:
Early Shift: 07:30 - 14:45
Late Shift: 14:45 - 21:30
Weekday and weekend shifts are available.
