CIA Fire & Security, part of the Ranger Group, is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Key Account Fire & Security Engineer to support a portfolio of valued customer sites across the Reading area. This is a fantastic opportunity to become the trusted engineering lead for key clients, delivering exceptional service, solving technical challenges and helping shape long-term customer relationships.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing planned maintenance and reactive service visits

• Diagnosing and resolving faults across fire and security systems

• Completing remedial works, upgrades and small projects

• Building strong relationships with customer contacts

• Providing technical recommendations and identifying improvement opportunities

• Delivering accurate reports and high-quality customer service

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Fire & Security engineering experience

• Gent qualified

• Strong fault-finding skills across fire and/or security systems

• Professional customer-facing communication skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues

• Full UK Driving Licence
